this is about the most fake video i’ve ever seen. Let’s face it college is high school pt. 2. this is pure propaganda from from a corrupt system that offers you nothing and leaves you a depressed alcoholic at the other end, don’t waste your time trust me… google it if you don’t believe me. Oh and what you bring freshman year is irrelevant. Thanks capitalism…. NOT

I only paid $201 for my books. Just buy them used off of Amazon. People who had the same books as me paid over $700 in the campus bookstore.

Generic video, college is different for every1, ur not gonna know till u get there. They forgot to mention a shit load of people transfer out after 1st semester, u gotta LOVE not like where ur at. If u take a tour dont get sold by the guide. As for money, if u can do the same thing fo a lot less somewhere else, do it. Im gonna owe $60,000 in loans after 4yrs when i coulda paid $18,000 somewhere else. If u got relatives who went 2 college, take their advice…I wish I did, good luck.

    2) It’s not all about your GPA. You can get a good GPA, but not be passionate about what you’re doing and not learn how to apply or grow from most of the things you’ve learned. I know a few bitter professors (a couple of which are english/literature profs) who recommend not going that route unless you really enjoy it. I think this is because of the resentment they have for doing something that they never really felt a large degree of passion for.

A couple points of bad advice…
    1) It’s not about being well-rounded, it’s about gaining experience and showing passion for multiple specific things, like a passion for what you are studying and want to do afterwards and a passion for helping out in your community.
