I used to work for cash call.One time a woman called asking for a 1 month deferment because she had a hystorectomy and 3 kids. Denied.The same day some thug sack of shit called for one because he was in jail for 3 weeks for shooting a gun at his neighbors. Approved by Loss Mitigation dept.
