If you decide to move out of your home, and use this home as an investment property then you might not be eligible for the loan modification as this is primarily for home owners and not investment properties.

If you have placed the property up for sale and have not moved out of the property then you could still be entitled to a loan modification. If you think you are qualified for a loan modification then you should contact your mortgage company.

There are some companies that will assist you in completing your loan modification documents. You may chose to use one of these companies, but it is not necessary since your mortgage company would assist you in the completion of your documents.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

Because sub prime mortgages have basically died in the UK, the average commission to a broker is 0.35% for a mortgage from one of the high street lenders like Abbey and Nationwide. Even when there was sub prime the most a broker would get is 2%.

I am the ex-sales director for a lender and I set the fee structure so I can assure you it is correct.
Thanks

add their names and domains to your blocked sender list

the bad thing as soon as you block one name...they come back with 10 more...so it is a constant process.

if you are using yahoo.mail...you can report them as spam also.

good luck

Different loan companies will be better then others for different people
Normally though a house will go to closing easier if you use a local mortgage company. Using a online/remote company may be harder because it's more difficult to get a hold of the loan officer or underwriter and when problems arise it could take longer to get them worked out.

Here in Forest City , N.C. a bank or mortgage company will not commit to a 100% no money down loan based on the apprased value of the property. They look at it as you personally have nothing invested in the home then the chances of you letting your home go into foreclosure if times get tough is almost a sure thing . FHA loans if one qualifies can be obtained with as little as 3% down. However ; with the total collapse of " the sub-prime lending institutions" , any type loan will be under the tightest of qualification.
